Iberico pork 
Juicy tender meat
Our Grilled 200g Iberico Pork (RM59.90) was grilled perfectly with lovely charred edges – resulting in juicy and tender meat. The simple seasoning of salt and pepper worked so well for the slightly fatty cut. Don’t be alarmed if it looks pink – according to the chef, Spanish Iberico pork can be served medium rare. This also means that I’m not biting into hard rubber.
Miso mushroom iberico
If you prefer stronger flavours – the Miso Mushroom Iberico (RM59.90) should please the umami-richness of miso cooked with mushrooms.
Molten lava cake 
Let it flow…
The Molten Lava Cake (RM17.90) here is pretty good too – although I remembered it had more lava the previous time we were here.
