[Non-halal] Koay teow th’ng is our favourite Penang dish – so we always make it a point to check out new stalls whenever we visit the island.
Operating for more than 30 years, the KTT at Fook Cheow Cafe has a light but tasty broth that’s made from chicken and pork bones.
The rice noodles are slippery and smooth; and the handmade fish balls had enough bounce and fish flavours.
The simple KTT bowl starts at RM6, with options to add offals such as pork liver, intestines and chicken feet.
