Francobolli Pasta Wisma Cosway KL – Handmade Pasta & Tiramisu (Review)
[Pork-free] Francobolli is a charming hole-in-the-wall spot serving handmade pasta and tiramisu in the heart of KL.
Tucked inside Wisma Cosway, Chef Luca prepares fresh rigatoni, tagliatelle, and mafalde daily – keeping things simple, focused, and rooted in Italian tradition.

There’s a playful “rule of thirds” at work here: Francobolli operates for lunch only three days a week, and the menu features just three pasta dishes at any one time.

The Wagyu Beef Ragù (RM32) features mafalde tossed in a rich sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano—resulting in a hearty, comforting plate.

We also enjoyed the Cacio e Pepe (RM28), where the rigatoni delivers a satisfying chew and holds onto the luscious Pecorino Romano sauce beautifully, with just enough black pepper to bring everything together.

For dessert, the Tiramisu (RM15) hits the mark—espresso-soaked ladyfingers layered with cream and finished with a generous dusting of cocoa powder.

Do come early to minimise waiting time, as seats are limited and the place fills up quickly.
