KBN King’s Seremban Beef Noodles, PJ
[Pork-free, lard-free, no alcohol] Find a legacy of the famous Seremban market beef noodles here in the heart of PJ.

KBN King’s Seremban Beef Noodles is run by the 3rd generation of the Seremban beef noodles family. This restaurant first opened its doors in 2023 – and extends the legacy of the late Goh Hian Hai who used to run the stall at the Seremban market in 60s.
KBN (short for King’s Beef Noodles) here in PJ is helmed by Mr Alex Goh (and his missus, Audrey) – who is the grandson of the late Mr Goh.
The restaurant does not serve any pork, lard or alcohol.

KBN is popular with fans of the OG – who now don’t have to travel to Seremban for a good bowl.
The top-seller here is undoubtedly the beef noodles, but KBN also serves chicken noodles in the similar vein (thick sauce but no beef at all) for those who can’t take bovine.
There are various options for beef noodles – as they serve both in soup or dry variety.

All the favourite beef parts are available to order – including honeycomb, tripe, stomach, tendon, slices, balls and their special sliced beef jerky.
Supreme Mix 6 Dry Beef Noodles

If you want all the choice cuts, the Supreme Mix 6 (RM29.90) – which has tendon, balls, sliced beef, jerky, honeycomb and tripe.
What can we say? The lai fun worked wonders with the thick and gooey sauce – and were nicely balanced with peanuts, pickled mustard greens, spring onions and sesame seeds. The chilli sauce condiment added a nice touch of sweet-sour-spicy goodness.

Our favourite cuts here had to be the beautiful honeycomb, and the lovely tripe that was cooked just perfectly. The latter was soft but not flaccid.
The jerky was interesting as it had a nice sweetness to it, while the balls had a good bounciness and beef flavours.
The soup also had the right hit of beef savouriness.

For our second bowl, we opted for the Honeycomb and Sliced beef with hor fun (RM24.90).

As our mum can’t take beef, she ordered the Dry Chicken Noodles (RM14.90). Prepared in the similar style as the beef noodles, she also enjoyed her bowl of noodles.
Conclusion

All in, we were quite pleased with our meal. KBN is definitely worth a visit if you love Seremban beef noodles and want to skip a trip to the state.
