Since Then
[Pork-free] Since Then is a new cafe-restaurant in Bangsar.
Operating in China Press’ former warehouse lot, the space is deceivingly huge with lots of space and high ceiling and natural light.
This makes Since Then perfect for events, and also helps to dissipate the noise – which allow for a comfortable dining environment.
There’s also a curated zen garden that’s perfect for pictures.
Since Then in Bangsar
Since Then offers a Japanese-Western fusion fare – from Thai Laksa pasta to Beef Curry omurice to Salmon Mash Avocado Sourdough.
We settled for Tie Guan Yin Orange (RM15.90) – which was a refreshing blend of tea with citrus-y orange.
The Earl Grey Yuzu Waffle (RM26) would have been better if the waffle wasn’t too hard and dry. The combo of earl grey pear gelato and yuzu panna cotta were interesting but the strawberries were way to sour, and the tangerine were dry.
