How does it taste?
Each bakkwa slices are individually vacuum-sealed to extend freshness.
We enjoyed the bite-size pieces, as it allowed us to snack without compromising the quality of the remaining bakkwa.
Truffle and Mala bakkwa
The Truffle bakkwa has a lovely truffle flavour without overshadowing the original taste, while the Mala has a nice spicy kick at the end. Both were lovely but we did have a slight preference for the Mala.
Iberico and Honey Bacon
The Iberico Bakkwa has all the qualities of the OG, but more tender. And the Honey Bacon has a nice sweet tinge at the end.
Overall, we really enjoyed all the flavours.
