We stumbled upon this ‘lil quaint garage in Cheras that’s been converted into a cafe.
The architecture is really interesting. These are are really old terrace houses with a basement/garage facing the back-alley.
Yiludou x T-Lex in Cheras
With its wooden accents, the back alley façade reminded us of cafes in Kyoto/Taipei. The rainy weather really added to the vibe.
YiLuDoi serves hand-brew coffee
YiLuDou serves beautiful handbrew coffee, featuring roasted beans under their own brand. Yiludou is run by co-founders and baristas Lex Low and Lois (who also runs Ah Gong House in the terrace house just above this space).
We enjoyed the berry fruitiness of the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Gediyo GI. The space also showcases plenty of coffee equipment by T-LEX.
