Hi guys! We’re back with this super simple mashed potatoes recipe. This recipe uses only 4 INGREDIENTS, 4 STEPS with 4 POTATOES.
We don’t use milk because Ming cannot take too much lactose. However, we discover that milk/cream helps the mashed potato stay together. So we sugggest to finish the mashed potatoes for your intended meal as it tends to get clumpy once you keep it in the fridge.
Nevertheless, this recipe is so easy to do! This recipe is a base, as you can spice it up with other spices such as garlic, chives or truffle oil.
It’s real easy – 1. boil potatoes, 2. mash potatoes, 3. season, 4. serve!
We cooked this mash potatoes as a side to our garlic chicken chop – the recipe can be found here.

To make it vegan, replace butter with fruit-based oil.
