Restoran Leung Kee sells homemade wantan mee
We got the Char Siew Wantan Mee with added braised chicken feet.
The homemade noodles has the nice QQ texture, and we thought the soy sauce was decent with a good savoury-sweet balance.
The char siew has a good fat-lean meat ratio but the standout has to be the braised chicken feet. The flavours really penetrated the gelatinous chicken feet that is adequately supple and tender.
The pork wantan were also nice with thin skin.
