Tahap kepedasannya, cheq memang tak tau nak habaq. Kalau suka pedas, hangpa takkan kesal. Memang makan sampai loqlaq! Lol.

Ali Nasi Lemak Daun Pisang in Penang
For RM2 per packet, each nasi lemak is wrapped in banana leaf with a generous topping of sambal.
There are five types to choose from:- ikan bilis and telur (anchovies and egg), ikan (fish), ikan masin (salted fish), sotong (squid), and udang (shrimp).
Nasi Lemak with ikan masin and udang
For only RM2, the portions are good. We opted for the ikan masin and udang – ‘coz they are the most unique and value-for-money. We kiasu, mah!
And yes – the sambal packs some serious heat. It has some sweetness but the spiciness kicks in straight off the bat. It’s seriously syiok but we needed some OJ to wash down the spicy sambal.
The ikan masin was quite lovely. Its saltiness helped to temper the spiciness of the sambal. As for the udang, they were crunchy and fresh. But these morsels were spicy too.
If you love spicy nasi lemak, definitely check this place out. It was cool watching the kakaks prepare these sambal-capped pyramids of goodness.
