[Pork-free] Let’s check out the highest café in Taiwan! Located on the 88th floor of Taipei 101, Simple Kaffa Sola is the highest café in Taiwan.
This is the second flagship shop for Simple Kaffa, which was founded by 2016 World Barista Champion Wu Tse-ling (吳則霖).

Newly opened this year, this cafe offers a breathtaking view of the city from the 88th floor of the iconic tower.
The interior is equally breathtaking too as it features an 11-meter wide installation of live plants and a coffee counter made of serpentine stones.

Besides coffee, Simple Kaffa also offers coffee cocktails, tea, light snacks and desserts.
We enjoyed the medium-roasted Sola Blend (available only in this branch) coffee for its citrusy and floral notes with hints of Oolong tea.
The Matcha Roll here is also very good! The cake is fluffy and light, with a really strong matcha taste infused in the cream.

We advise to book your seats on their website, which are opened 7 days in advance. There is also a 1.5-hour limit for dining in.
