Drip Drip Café in Bangsar
[Muslim-friendly] Another day, another new café. Let’s check out Drip Drip Café in Bangsar.
Located in the Telawi Bangsar area, Drip Drip distinguishes itself by offering a variety of in-house baked goods – such as the signature Tropical Jackfruit Choux, Watermelon Cake, croissants, and Red Bean Mochi buns.

Occupying the second floor of a shop lot, the space is really comfortable too – bright and airy with sufficient space in between tables for some quality catching up with friends.
Tropical Jackfruit Choux
We enjoyed the Tropical Jackfruit Choux (RM19). We liked the generous portion of real cempedak flesh at the heart of the choux, but they did not take a shortcut by also infusing some of the tropical fruit into the cream.
The crust was quite buttery with a good crunch – it almost felt like eating cempedak goreng without the greasiness.
Dirty Latte and Homemade Iced Lemonade
Still an uncommon offering in local cafes, the Dirty Latte (RM14) here is velvety rich and smooth.
The Homemade Iced Lemonade (RM12) comes across almost like a virgin mojito – embellished with some salt on the rim with a strong citrusy finish.
Drip Drip also offers sandos and pasta for a fuller meal.
Trivia: Drip Drip is operated by the same folks at Pause Café in Kampung Attap, so the quality’s quite similar if you’re familiar with Pause (check out our Instagram post here).
