Fade by SB in PJ

[Pork-free] We like that third wave (or is it fourth wave?) cafes have reached the old parts of PJ (i.e. Old Town and the surrounding area on this side of the Fed Highway). Fade by SB is one of them.

But the way that Fade by SB (Sam & Bernie) go about it is inherently charming and earnest.

The rustic interior feels genuinely worn in, with mid-century china and wooden furniture that may have come from amah’s house.

Try the Banoffee Pie (RM20) with your choice of White or Black, Iced or Hot.

There’s also Genmaicha Pineapple Soda and Green Latte for non-coffee drinkers.

P/S:- After your afternoon coffee, walk over to Kam Heong Coffee Shop across the road for an early dinner of good Teochew braised duck rice (see our post here).
