Jogak Bingsu
[Pork-free] Lactose-sensitive friends will be pleased to find soybean-based bingsu at Jogak Bingsu at The Five @ KPD.
Jogak Bingsu offers five Bingsu flavours but their top pick (and our usual choice) is the Misugaru Dol Bing (RM23) which features red bean, injeolmi and soybean powder.
While the soybean-based ice lacks the creaminess of its milky counterpart, it is more refreshing.
Jogak also offers hotteok – with the Pandan (RM10) being the standout for its dark green colour and pandan Kaya filing. Otherwise, the popular brown sugar + honey combo is also avail available if you miss the pies in Seoul.
