Pohutukawa Coffee
[Pork-free] For a quiet space to hide from the outside world, Pohutukawa Coffee offers a safe refuge.
Migrating from Batu Pahat, Pohutukawa Coffee has officially returned to the Klang Valley by sharing the space with Floratorie.co in Section 17, PJ.

Cafe-hoppers might recognise the space as Yeap OK (which had since hung the hat) – with the same decor and minimalist stylings, but rest assured coffee’s still good with the new Pohutukawa team taking over the counter.
A slice of Summer Christmas
We also enjoyed the slice of Summer Christmas (RM16) in the middle of August – light with tangy hints of mango and passion fruit to pair well with the cup of white.
The café offers a great selection of beans for filter coffee, matcha and other refreshing drinks.
All of the desserts are baked in-house in the oven behind the coffee counter. The barista-owners also recommend the bagels, which are available in limited quantities daily – the Basil & Tomato Bagel Sandwich, and Bagel with Cream Cheese and Rosell Jam being crowd favourites.
All dessert options of the day are updated on their Instagram stories at 11am daily.
The feline guardian of the space – Xiao Hua – is a good reminder that it’s ok to just laze around and let the day idle by.
