[Halal] We finally checked out the newest and biggest Starbucks Reserve outlet in Malaysia!
Those avoiding the crowd should definitely come in the evening to this outlet in Tropicana Gardens Mall, as there were no queues with plenty of seats.

The Reserve bar is definitely the highlight of the 62,000 sq ft space, with its bean shape and golden trims. It also features Starbucks’ special Black Eagle Espresso machine, which is only seen in Reserve outlets.
Nevertheless, we opted to sit at the al-fresco area as the weather was perfectly cool (it had been a rainy few days, after all) and enjoyed the twilight sky.
There are hot meals served here too with a special menu curated by chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob – perfect for those looking to iftar here.
As much we loved the space, we wished we could say the same for the Cortado (RM14) we ordered from the Reserve bar.
Featuring the No. 21 beans, we found it very flat-tasting with a lingering bitter aftertaste. We did enjoy the complimentary chocolate though.
