[Halal] Knock knock, buka Pintô Coffee please.
After lunch at BBQ Chan, we stopped by this quaint cafe in Janda Baik.
Nestled within Pahang’s rainforest – the cafe offers a respite from city life with 4-acre of land. Don’t be surprised to see a flock of ducks as you sip your coffee.
Coffee is the main focus as its beans are grown, processed and roasted here within its compound.
At RM17, the price of my Flat White may be steep but it is worth it for the homegrown (and seasonal) Arabica beans, which yielded balanced and chocolatey flavours.
To cool down, you can opt for the Snofee (RM12) – ice-blended coffee. We thought the Scones (RM10) were so-so, as we found it to be too hard.
Food served here includes Mie Aceh and Pintô Nasi Goreng which feature mom’s homemade peanut sauce.
The slope to enter the venue is not as intimidating as it looks, as it is just a short drive up from the main road.
