Located just a 10-minute drive away from KLCC, this family-run cafe occupies a lovely bungalow in Kampung Datuk Keramat.

Whatever Works also shares the same compound with a kampung-house-inspired AirBnB homestay (owned by the family, of course) adorned with flourishes of Balinese aesthetics and old-school kampung vibes.
Nasi Lemak Bungkus and Iced Latte
Coffee’s great and the Chocolate Eclair (RM14) is an afternoon treat, but the highlight has gotta be the Nasi Lemak Bungkus (RM4).
At 4 pm, this packet was still fresh and warm. The quintessential elements are all here – rice, ikan bilis, egg, sambal – but kalau nasi lemak in Datuk Keramat tak sedap, tak taulah apa nak cakap.
So for this nasi lemak, we can say: sedap!
The sambal is sweet and has a good spicy kick (but not tongue-numbing) and the nasi memang cukup berlemak. In other words – padu beb!
